FREE WILL – Blessing or Punishment?

Just imagine a situation, wherein your Hands go on a Strike saying that we won’t feed the mouth as the food is going to the Stomach, and
not coming to us! So, why should we do an effort? 

OR

Has your Heart ever gone on a Break stating that ‘Today I don’t feel like beating’, so you may pump the heart manually?

OR

Have your Lungs said that there is too much pollution or a lot of people are smoking in the background, so I am tired of doing so much
of Filtering!

I am sure, we know that it doesn’t work that way. Humans are designed and manufactured in a manner that things have to be aligned
and systemized, else the system breaks down. You may analyze any part of your Body – Hands, Eyes, Legs, Liver, Heart, Kidneys,
whatever you may wanna choose. 

Our Heartbeats non-stop since the child is in the mother’s womb till the last breath that we will take. Kidneys and Stomach are producing
enzymes constantly. Liver – Lungs, every Body Partworks based on the Pre-Defined Program                                                                                                                                                                                                                 

Each body part has a Defined Role, and that Defined Role is performed by every Body Part / Body Organ meticulously, without taking a break.
It’s like a Command fed in the system, and any Body Part does-not have an option to Break that Command. To put in simpler words, our Body
parts DO-NOT have Free Will, and are performing like the ‘PERFECT Machinery’ ever!

All, but One (01). Now, would you agree if I claim that our Mind as well as a part of our Body… ?? ( Did I hear a YES! )

But our Manufacturer gifted our Mind with “FREE WILL” – “The Will to CHOOSE!”.  

And it is this ‘FREE WILL’ that has evolved Humans as the most advanced species on earth, On Top of the food chain, capable of discoveries,
and advancements, and achievements.. and whatnot. 

As a matter of fact, the only thing that makes us different from Animals is ‘FREE WILL’ – ‘Power to Think’. 

‘FREE WILL’ as it is called – well don’t just take the word ‘Free’ Casually or Lightly! As it is this Will, if left Free and unattended leads to
‘CHAOS’ as well. 

The cases of Depression, Stress, Insomnia, Suicide Attempts, etc are constantly increasing, and Worldwide, the Psychologists claim that
“Mind is a Beautiful Servant and the Worst Master”. Incidentally, and interestingly, both the Psychologists across the world and all our
Holy Books, Vedas, Puranas, Teachings also point to the same fact.  

So, something which can be your servant, why are you letting it be your master?

Think for a moment and answer – If all your Body parts behave as your Servants, why are you letting your Mind to be the Master? 

Mind / Brain is a very important body part, but so is heart, or lungs, or any other body part for that matter. All of them work in a
defined manner – except your Mind. 

Have you wondered WHY? 

Maybe because the functions of all the other Internal Organs were pre-defined and the code was fed in the motherboard. But for
the Mind, our Manufacturer relied on the immense potential and capacity he has granted to the Mind and gave Man the ‘Gift of
Free Will’. 

But it turns out that the Gift is turning out to be a Liability, as maybe the User is just taking it for granted, and is not aware of the
immense potential. 

It’s like a man who lived all his life in Tribes comes to Las Vegas one day, and he is gifted a Ferrari to drive - just as we were gifted
‘Free Will’. Now he closely observes the Ferrari, and then with all his excitement runs and starts to find something. It turns out that
he comes after a few hours with a Bull, and attaches him to the Ferrari, sits on the bonnet of the Car, and Rides his Fancy Bullockcart,
thinking that this could have been the best he could have done in the given situation, with his ‘Free Will’. 

Do I need to say more ?!? 

Now, we have learned that we need to make the Mind our servant, and not let it be our Master! But the million-dollar question that
arises is – How? Most of us will say that it just isn’t possible to control our mind – thoughts – emotions… etc etc. 

But, as we all agree that mind is nothing, but a body part, so it can be controlled by the same ‘FREE WILL’. The only difference being
that this time, we would align, and control the mind using our Free Will, and would converge the thoughts and emotions, instead of
diverging them. 

And, the only possible known way to do it is ‘MEDITATE’.
